Step 1 of 5

Once you approve the installation plan, we prepare the pathways for refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, and condensate drain tubes that connect indoor and outdoor units. Our technicians drill small penetrations (typically 3–4 inches) through exterior walls or sills, protecting pipe insulation and running lines through conduit or chase work to hide them from view.
