Prize includes a new American Standard system with professional installation, a 10-year parts and labor warranty, and 10 years of complimentary maintenance. The parts and labor warranty transfers to the new homeowner if the home is sold during the coverage period; the complimentary maintenance does not transfer and ends if the home is sold.

Every new residential system comes with a 10-year parts warranty from the manufacturer.
For added protection, we now offer an optional 10-year labor warranty—giving you full coverage and long-term peace of mind. This labor warranty must be added within six months of installation, so if we installed your system within the past six months, you’re still eligible!
