Warranty Options
Every new residential system comes with a 10-year parts warranty from the manufacturer.
For added protection, we now offer an optional 10-year labor warranty—giving you full coverage and long-term peace of mind. This labor warranty must be added within six months of installation, so if we installed your system within the past six months, you’re still eligible!

I highly recommend this company. I called and Jeremy came out right away. He did an inspection of my system ( which hasn't worked in 25 years) and gave me a very good quote. He also took the time to explain exactly what I needed. Today his crew came and installed a new system for me. His crew were great. They explained everything and cleaned up beautifully. From start to Finnish, this was a great experience.

I’ve been using Lake Area Heating and Air (Formerly Mike Birdie) for the last five years. They kept my old unit running for a much longer time than I thought possible. Always prompt to respond to calls, and always fixed the problem quickly. This past week Jeremy replaced my ac unit and air handler. I called on Thursday the unit was here and installed by mid afternoon Friday. Work was done quick and efficiently, no mess very clean. The install team was very professional, polite, and friendly. Unit works extremely well, no issues. I highly recommend Lake Area Heating and Air to anyone who needs work done on their ac/heat. Great job guys, keep it up!
